Policy highlights –
Payment is taken securely at the time of booking via Stripe. You’ll also receive a full VAT invoice by email (with net, VAT and total clearly itemised) for your records.
1 Person per time slot. no-show forfeits fee. If the clinic doesn’t reach 10 bookings by Thu 9 Oct 18:00, we’ll cancel and refund in full.
FAQs
Where is it? Kingsway House, Worcester – Room 8. Clear signage from reception.
Parking? On-street parking on Forgate Street and Farrier Street (45-minute limit). For longer stays, use the Taylors Lane car park opposite Kingsway - pay via app.
Can we book a team? Yes – two 30-minute team blocks are held at 10:30 and 14:15. For larger groups we’ll advise an optimal flow.
Retouching? All 5 delivered images are retouched as standard. natural, editorial feel with skin tidy, stray-hair cleanup and gentle contrast/colour balance. Need more images? add at £25 per image.
Accessibility? Room 8 is on the third floor with stairs-only access. If stairs are a barrier, get in touch - we can bring a studio-style setup to you or look into an accessible ground-floor alternative.
Invoices & VAT? All prices ex VAT; VAT itemised on your receipt.
Usage? Licence covers business self-promotion across web, social, PR and print. Photographer retains portfolio rights.
